Shipping and delivery
The packages are usually shipped within 2 days after payment receipt and are shipped by national and international couriers for free, with tracking and delivety without signature.
If you prefer a delivery with signature request there will be an additional cost, so please contact us before choosing this method. Any shipping method you choose we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
For bulky goods (furnitures, paintings, large carpets) shipping costs are borne by the buyer and include management charges and packaging. Custom costs for international shipments (no EEC) are not included.
Operating costs are fixed, whereas transport costs change depending on total shipment weight and volume.
Your package will be sent to the conditions and insurance methods indicated by you.
Particular attention is paid to fragile objects.
Boxes are adequately large and your items are well protected.
- How much is the shipping?
Shipments are free in Italy for all orders over €75 and have a cost of €8.90 for those under €75. For bulky or off-standard orders it is possible to pay an extra cost, which will be quantified according to the nature of the products purchased and to the destination area. The extra amount will always be communicated before the conclusion of the order. If in doubt, please contact us on email@example.com.
- How many times takes my order to be shipped?
Delivery times of an order depend on the type and availability of the chosen items.
In the tab of each product, as well as during the checkout of the order, you can find an estimate of the relative delivery times.
Some products can be put into production specifically for the order placed, therefore delivery times will be specified.
All products in "Prompt Delivery" are available: in this case the order will normally be processed within 48 hours from receipt of payment. In case of multiple purchases, it is recommended to group the items in a single order. We can not group two differents orders doing separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each one.
For objects that require particular attention during the transport, we turn to specialized couriers whose delivery times may vary from the standard times indicated. We will ensure the best possible service and a direct line between the recipient and the courier who will deliver.
"Sharon Baghai" always respects the estimated delivery times communicated on the site. However, should unexpected events occur during production or evasion, we will always be given timely notification by our shipping team. - Can I request an expedition outside of Italy?
Shipments are made in all countries of the world. It is necessary to indicate the destination country during the purchase process, or send a specific request to email@example.com indicating the destination area and we will provide all the information.
Please note that some international shipments provide for the payment of customs fees, which will be charged to the recipient.
- What should I do when I place my order?
It is recommended to always check the order at the time of delivery and to check that the number of packages corresponds to what is indicated on the delivery note.
It is also advisable to check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of signs of break-ins or anomalies. In case of anomalies, indicate the wording "Acceptance with reserve" on the delivery note of the carrier at the time of signature and write to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the delivery. Please note that any discrepancy must be reported within 14 days and make a claim to our official address. Beyond this deadline, we will no longer be able to accept complaints or reports.
